Refund policy
| ※ | In principle, fees are non-refundable, especially the Examination fee is under no circumstance refundable. The circumstances cited below are the only cases when refunds will be given in three months. |
| ※ | If the Japanese Embassy denies your permission, submits the documents below, and we will refund the Examination fee and the Entrance fee.

| ※ | If you decided not to attend school after applying for Visa. Case1: If you have not arrived in Japan, we will give refunds without the Examination fee and Entrance fee only if you provide a reasonable explanation. As a rule, you must return the Certificate of Eligibility and the Certificate of Entrance to our school. Case2: If you have already arrived in Japan, there is no refund. |

- 8 photos (4*3cm)
- Application form (designated form)
- Diploma of your previous school
- Academic transcript of your previous school
- Japanese learning certificate (above 150 hours) and Japanese language proficiency test certification
- Family register color copy (birth registration)
- Passport color copy ( ID card color copy)
Financial supporter
- Expense statement (designated form)
- Bank savings certificate (the amount should be more than 3 million yen, fixed deposit for three months) and bank passbook color copy
- Certificate of incumbency
- Proof of income (for the past three years)
- Tax payment certificate (for the past three years)
- ID card color copy
- Kinship certificate
When you apply, we will send you a document to help you know how to fill out the form.
If the original paper is not in Japanese or English, please attach a Japanese or English translation.
If any forged or tampered documents are found in the submitted papers, admission may be canceled.
After application, we will not return anything other than essential originals such as diplomas and Japanese Language Proficiency Test certificates.
